Edit the 12.ini file in the Lemmings directory. Take the cursor down to the very bottom of the file and type “Cheat = 0″equals. Save the file. Now load Lemmings as normal. From the title screen select the “prefs” option and on the menu there should be an extra heading called cheat mode. Click on the cursor and return to the menu screen. Now you can select any level to go to.

Cheat mode:

Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy
of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the “l2.ini”
file in the game directory. Add the line “Cheat = 1”. Begin game play
and use the “Prefs” selection to access the cheat options.

Sound test:

Click on the hole on the tree at the lower left corner of the main menu
screen.

View word bubbles:

Click on the dot belonging to the letter “i” in “Lemmings”. Comic book
style word bubbles will appear when the lemmings “speak”.
