Levels
At the title screen and enter the code Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, A, Left, Right B. Press Start, then select Credits and wait till the credits roll ends. Go on the ladders to warp to the levels.
Level select:
Press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, A, Left, Right, B, Start at the title
screen. Then, select the “Credits” option and allow them to complete. A
screen with ladders will appear.
