做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
