做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
