做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个(gè )半小时(shí ),下盐调味即可品尝。 -
