做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
