做法:洗(xǐ )净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六(liù )成热下(xià )鱼,煎至(zhì )微黄。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
