做(zuò )法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
