做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放入(rù )煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
