做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后(hòu )加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
