做法:春笋(sǔn )切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅(guō )烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉(ròu )片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮(zhǔ )开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
