做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
