做法:春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
