做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏米。用清水把陈皮泡(pào )软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两(liǎng )勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好(hǎo )的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时,下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
