做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
