做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
