做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
