做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
