做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净(jìng )淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至(zhì )微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的(de )清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
