做法:洗(xǐ )净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗净淮山和薏米。用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上(shàng )擦(cā )一遍,放两勺油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清(qīng )水,放入煎(jiān )煮好(hǎo )的鲫(jì )鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即(jí )可(kě )品尝。 -
