做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火(huǒ )煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐(yán )调味即(jí )可品尝。 -
