做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
