做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
