做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
