做法:洗(xǐ )净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡(pào )软,拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油(yóu )六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放入(rù )煎煮好的鲫鱼和(hé )其他材料,武火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火(huǒ )煲一个半小时,下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
