做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油(yóu ),放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右(yòu )。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
