做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水半掩住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
