做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火(huǒ )煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
